Thank you for shopping PlaywrightPreneur Gear! All of our products are made to order, which helps reduce waste and ensures each item is created just for you.
Processing Time (Production)
Please allow 2–7 business days for your item to be produced before it ships. (Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or major promotions.)
Shipping Time (Transit)
After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United States: 3–7 business days (standard shipping)

International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)
Please note: these are estimates. Actual delivery times can vary based on carrier delays, weather, and seasonal volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at PlaywrightPreneurs@gmail.com—we’ll do our best to help if the order has not entered production yet.
Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages (especially if items are produced in different facilities). You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If your package appears lost in transit, email us at PlaywrightPreneurs@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll help you review next steps.
