Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping PlaywrightPreneur Gear. Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color selection, or change of mind. Please review product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at PlaywrightPreneurs@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  • A photo of the shipping label/packaging (if available)

Once approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund (when a replacement isn’t possible)

Lost Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, contact us at PlaywrightPreneurs@gmail.com and we will help you review next steps.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Timing may vary based on your bank/payment provider, but typically appears within 5–10 business days after approval.
